Quality Management System Representative

Position Objective

To ensure consistent and effective oversight of quality control and the quality management system (QMS), so that processes and products meet the requirements of standards, internal procedures, and customer expectations.

In this position, you will be responsible, among other things, for:

Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015):
• maintaining and improving the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 (process approach, PDCA, risk-based thinking),
• overseeing system documentation (procedures, instructions, records) and keeping it up to date,
• planning, conducting, and reporting internal audits, and participating in cooperation with external entities during audits.

Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA):
• coordination of post-audit actions, handling of nonconformities, root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Why/Ishikawa), evaluation of implementation effectiveness,
• initiating improvement and standardization projects in the area of quality.

Quality control in the process:
• cooperation with production/operations regarding control, acceptance, and quality monitoring criteria,
• analysis of quality data (KPI), recommending preventive actions,
• supporting quality in regeneration and product preparation processes.

Organizational competence development:
• conducting internal training on QMS requirements and quality control standards,
• preparing data and reports for management reviews.

Requirements:
• minimum several years of experience in quality / QMS (preferably in a production/operational environment),
• practical knowledge of ISO 9001 and the ability to work with system documentation,
• experience in planning or conducting internal audits,
• ability to analyze problems and carry out corrective actions (CAPA),
• independence, good organizational skills, communication skills, and the ability to enforce quality agreements.
