Recruitment step by step

Step 1 – Application submission

Choose an offer from our "Careers" section and submit your CV via the contact form. If your skills meet the requirements listed in the offer, our HR department will contact you to discuss potential cooperation.

Step 2 – Analysis and selection of information

We review application documents for completeness, alignment with the job requirements, and the accuracy of the information. Falsifying information may result in the rejection of the application and the loss of the opportunity to work with our company.

Step 3 – Interview

We meet with selected candidates to assess their knowledge and skills, sometimes supplemented with tests on specialized knowledge, English, and Excel. During the interview, the candidate learns the details of the position and the employment conditions.

Step 4 – Feedback and employment

After the recruitment process is completed, every candidate receives feedback from us within the agreed timeframe, regardless of the outcome. After a positive decision, we invite the candidate for a preliminary medical examination and to sign the employment contract, which means joining our team.


Before the interview

  • Get familiar with basic information about our company.
  • Prepare answers to typical interview questions, such as salary expectations, your strengths and weaknesses, etc.
  • Arrive on time for the meeting.
  • Answer the questions clearly.
  • Use examples to illustrate your previous experiences.

Welcome to Lauber!

We strive to provide the best possible onboarding experience for new employees, constantly improving our procedures. In the first few days, you will take part in an onboarding program, which includes:

  • Health and safety training, meetings with HR and IT departments,
  • Familiarization with company regulations, structure, career paths, development opportunities, vacation plans, and dress code,
  • A tour of the office and introduction to colleagues,
  • A designated mentor who will help you settle in.

After two months, we will ask you to fill out a survey about your onboarding experience. We want to ensure that you have received all the necessary information and support, as successful onboarding is a top priority for us.

Internships and apprenticeships

We invite students and pupils to gain experience at our company. We have repeatedly found that some of our future employees come from among our interns. We collaborate with high schools and universities, and internships are available year-round, not just during the summer.
