Transport criteria for cores
Proper core transport is the foundation of an effective regeneration process. To avoid damage and ensure smooth part acceptance, specific packaging and securing standards must be followed. Check our guidelines and prepare your cores according to the requirements!
Bulk packaging / pallet

If the packaging is not sealed (e.g., plastic pallet boxes), the pallet must be made leak-proof by lining it with foil or another liquid-resistant material.

The pallet must be wrapped with stretch film on the outside.

Packing list on each pallet. OE/reference number or application description with quantity information.
Alternator / starter

A cardboard separator between each layer.

The goods should be arranged with spacing to prevent damage to the products from collision.

Alternators with a vacuum pump – fluid drained. Connections secured to prevent leaks.
Brake caliper

A cardboard separator between each layer.

The goods should be arranged with spacing to prevent damage from impact.

Each item should have an information card – index / batch number.

Brake fluid drained.
Connections secured to prevent leaks.
Steering gearbox

A cardboard separator between each layer.

The goods should be arranged with spacing to prevent damage caused by collision.

Each item should have an information card – index / batch number.

Fluid drained.
Connections secured to prevent leaks.
Connections secured to prevent leaks.

Wrapping with foil is recommended. In the absence or damage of rubber covers and clamps, wrapping with foil is required.
Diesel

A cardboard separator between each layer.

Each item should have an information card – index / batch number.

Connections secured to prevent leaks.

Wrapping with foil is recommended.

In the case of shipment in a carton wrapped in foil, the injector should be placed in a bulk bag.
