Criteria for accepting removed car parts
The condition for accepting removed car parts for the regeneration service is meeting the following criteria:
- The returned, removed part (core) must be an equivalent of the purchased item, and it is recommended to deliver it in the packaging of the purchased product. If the original packaging is unavailable, the returned part must be clearly labeled with the index of the purchased item. Each core should also have a tag attached, which is included in the packaging of the purchased product.
- According to environmental protection regulations, cores must be secured and packaged in a way that prevents environmental contamination. Any remaining working fluid must be removed from the disassembled parts (e.g., steering gear with power steering, pumps).
- Only a complete part, not disassembled into components, and meeting the specified technical requirements, will be accepted.
Alternator

- The alternator must not show signs of disassembly, it cannot be taken apart or incomplete.
- The housing must not be deformed, cracked, or have any broken parts.
- The alternator mounts must not be broken or damaged.
- Alternators supplied with a pulley must be returned with the pulley in undamaged condition.
Starter

- The starter pinion must not be overheated (purple color).
- The housing must not be deformed, cracked, or have broken elements.
- The starter must not show signs of disassembly and must not be taken apart.
- The starter mountings must not be broken or damaged.
Disc brake caliper

- The caliper body must not be cracked, broken, or deformed.

- The caliper should be complete and not disassembled into its components.
Power steering pump

- The outer housing, body mounts, or bolt holes must not be cracked or deformed.
- The moving mechanisms (shaft) must not be seized or locked.

- The threaded holes must not be damaged or stripped.
- The pump must not be heavily corroded (compromising structural integrity).
